Crews Search Hogan Lake for Drowning Victim's Body

A pair of victims from the Stockton area drowned over the weekend in Calaveras County, and search teams are still working to recover one of the bodies.

The drownings happened Sunday evening at the Whiskey Creek area of Hogan Lake.

Officials say both victims, a man and a woman, were 23 years old and from Stockton.

The body of the male victim was recovered, but the dive team of the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department was said to still be searching for the woman's body Monday.

Names have not been released until relatives can be notified.
