Arrest In Modesto Drive-By Shooting

The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department arrested two men and two boys in connection with the drive-by shooting that killed a 17-year-old girl in Modesto. Deputies say Ernestina de Jesus Tizoc was probably the unintended victim of a gang-related shooting.
