Jamestown Fire

Several fire fighters are at the scene of a house fire in Jamestown.

CDF-Tuolumne Fire Marshall Kari Hubbard says the home near off of Jacksonville Road, near Bell Mooney Road, on Jenny Court.

Hubbard says fire fighters are still trying to squelch the flames.

Smoke is visible throughout the Jamestown area. Residents that observe smoke in the area do not need to contact the fire department. There have been no injuries and the home was not occupied when the inferno erupted. Hubbard says the residence may be a total loss.
