Laci Peterson's Parents Join Forces in $25M Lawsuit

Laci Peterson's father has joined her mother's wrongful death lawsuit against Scott Peterson.

Dennis Rocha and Sharon Rocha, who divorced in 1976, are seeking $25 million dollars from the convicted killer. Peterson is now being held at San Quentin State Prison after being sentenced to death for the killings of his pregnant wife and her unborn son.
