Condoleezza Rice In San Francisco Today

San Francisco, CA -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is in San Francisco today, making her first official visit to the Bay Area since being named to the post.

But it wasn't all smooth sailing as she spoke to the Commonwealth Club of California at Davies Symphony Hall.

Some protesters had to be escorted out after they interrupted Rice's speech.

The protesters wore dark hoods over their heads like those shown in the now infamous Abu Ghraib prison abuse photos.

Rice is in town to discuss foreign policy and America's use of diplomacy.
