Three Kids Recovering From Fatal Crash On Hwy 108/120Saturday, June 25, 2005 - 04:25 PM

Knights Ferry, CA -- Three children remained hospitalzed Friday after the fatal collision that closed Hwy 108/120 for more than 4 hours Thursday afternoon.
The head-on collision near Lovers Leap just west of Tuolumne County killed two women, including the mother of two of the children. The children have been identified as 8 year old Jacob Souza who was listed in stable condition at a Children's Hospital in Madera, 6 year old Taylor Souza who is in serious condition at the University of California Medical Center in Sacramento, and 10 year old Cody Walters, who is in fair condition at the same hospital.
All three children are expected to recover according to hospital spokespeple.
