Jackson, CA -- Authorities have arrested two Sacramento State College students for throwing rocks from their car as they left a Jackson casino earlier this month.
Amador County Sheriff's say a casino employee has serious head and face injuries from a rock that broke his windshield. Deputies took 18-year-old Brandon DeLapp and 19-year-old Westy Guill into custody on charges of mayhem, assault, vandalism and battery.
