Valley Springs Teen Faces Drug Charges Following Large Party

Valley Springs, CA -- A Valley Springs teenager is facing drug charges after the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department broke up a large party.

Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to Silver Rapids Road when neighbors complained about a large party in the area.

Deputies suspected underage drinking and broke up the party. Reports indicate Deputies stopped a car leaving the party and found 18 year old Lance Utterback to be in possession of methamphetamine, a glass-smoking pipe, and marijuana.

Utterback was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
