Cell Phone Service Disappears

Sonora, CA -- Ever since Tuesday's deluge of "liquid sunshine" Cingular cell service has disappeared in the Soulsbyville-Twain Harte area.

Spokesperson Mary Harfst says the storm apparently damaged the cell site atop Mt. Elizabeth. Harfst has been in contact with the technician but no time has been given for service restoration.
