Angels Camp, CA -- Showtunes and skits featuring some well-known locals are planned for this Saturday at the Calaveras Follies.
The cabaret style musical review benefits the Calaveras Youth Mentoring Program. Since the program's inception, mentors have spent more than 1,500 hours of with young people. The Follies take place at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds Saturday evening.
Supervisor Victoria Erickson and Superintendent of Schools Jon Brophy are among some of the acts.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased by calling the fairgrounds at 736-2561.
