More Cuts Due For Workers Compensation

Sacramento, CA -- California employers are expecting a third straight double-digit cut in workers' compensation insurance rates this summer.

This could be the last cut stemming from a legislative overhaul of the system. An industry bureau recommended that Commissioner John Garamendi cut rates by 16.4%.

Labor leaders contend that workers are paying the price.
