Attention Gardeners, Jepson Manual Author In Sonora

Sonora, CA -- Mother Lode residents will get the rare chance to meet one of the many authors of “The Jepson Manual” Thursday evening.

The California Native Plant Society has invited Dr. John Little, who authored the section on violets to speak in Tuolumne County about the flora of the foothills and Northern California.

“The Jepson Manual” is used by millions of gardeners to identify plants. Dr. Little will be giving a presentation at the Tuolumne County Library beginning at 7:00pm.
