Parolee Arrested On Drug Charges

Sonora, CA -- 38-year-old Gary Bailey is spending at least a portion of this Wednesday in the Tuolumne County jail.

Driving a 1990 Chevy Geo Metro late Tuesday evening, Bailey was stopped by Deputy Luke Weimer.

The registration tags did not match the vehicle. In addition a search of the car revealed a methamphetamine smoking pipe and a usable amount of marijuana.

Bailey was booked on those charges as well as violating the terms of his parole.
