Mokelumne Hill Woman Freed From Mud

Angels Camp, CA -- A Mokelumne Hill woman is recovering from only minor injuries after being trapped inside her vehicle Wednesday afternoon.

The Highway Patrol says 45-year-old Robin Pierce was traveling south bound on Murphys Grade Road when she lost control and ended up in a ditch full of mud.

Reports indicate the roadway was partially blocked while officials removed Pierce from the vehicle.
