Black Oak Casino Meth Arrest

Tuolumne City, CA -- 50 year old Gary Wayne Bailey of Modesto was booked into the Tuolumne County Jail early Tuesday morning on possession of methamphetamine for sale and transportation of methamphetamine.

Sheriff's Deputy Mitch Brouillette was dispatched to the Black Oak Casino to identify a female who was possibly using meth in the parking lot. Once interviewed, 20 year old Melissa Jean Young of Ceres admitted she had been using meth in Bailey's 1988 Ford F150 pickup truck.

Bailey was arrested and remains in custody while Young was issued a citation at the jail and released on her promise to appear in court.
