New Lodge To Be Constructed At Dodge Ridge

Pinecrest, Ca -- Dodge Ridge Winter Sports Area has plans for a major renovation within the next year.

Marketing and Sales Specialist Kenan McDonald says that beginning in April they will tear down the existing children's ski school building and construct a 16,000 square foot family lodge.

It will house a children's snow sports school, a day care and guest services center. It will also include new lockers, restrooms, a coffee shop and fire place.

For those anxious to hit the slopes at Dodge Ridge this winter, McDonald says they just need one or two more good snowfalls and they will be ready to go. He notes that there is currently seven inches of snow at the base.
