Public Comment Welcomed On Valley Springs Development

Valley Springs, CA -- A proposal to build 162 homes in Valley Springs has now entered the public comment stage of its approval process.

Floyd and Marilyn Norried and the Mark Pringle Company are the proponents of the project called North Vista Plaza.

The 34-acre project requires a zoning amendment, a subdivision map and planned development permit.

The land is located near Berkesey Drive. Homes will range in size from 2,090 square feet to 7,790 square feet.

The public review period begins today, March 30 and ends on April 30.

A public hearing on the project will take place at 9 a.m., May 17 in front of the Calaveras County Planning Commission.
