Twain Harte, Ca -- A tree falling on a power line in the Twain Harte area this morning caused a power outage for 3,900 PG&E customers.
Company spokesperson Nicole Tam says 3,400 were restored by the noon hour. 430 are still without power this afternoon. Tam says it could be later tonight before all customers are fully restored. Written by bjhansen@mlode.com
