Tuolumne County Murder Investigation Continues

Sonora, CA -- Tuolumne County Sheriff's deputies and detectives are continuing their work on the case involving 39 year old David Stanton of San Andreas who was arrested Sunday evening and charged with murder.

Monday detectives arrested Stanton's sister, Shawna Stanton, of Sonora. She has been charged with assisting the suspect after the initial crime. She was booked into the County Jail with a bail amount of $10,000.

Detective have yet to locate their "person of interest" Jon Flaherty.

Today cadaver dogs are searching different areas in an attempt to track the location of the apparent victim in this case.
