Anaheim Resident Overturns Vehicle

San Andreas, CA -- Just before the six o'clock hour Wednesday evening 22 year old Emanuel Flutur of Anaheim was involved in a single vehicle accident on Hwy 4 east of Lower Utica Power House Rd.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Flutur was driving at a high rate of speed passing numerous vehicles over the double yellow lines. Due to his speed Flutur lost control of his vehicle that subsequently overturned.

He suffered only minor injuries and was treated at Mark Twain-St. Joseph Hospital.
