Voters In Central Calaveras Fire And Rescue District Approve Special Tax

Mountain Ranch, Ca -- Special Tax Measures F and G were passed by voters in the Central Calaveras Fire and Rescue Protection District this week.

Measure F (per parcel Special Tax of $65) received 77.6% approval, while Measure G (increased spending authorization) received 76.9%.

The Special Tax will allow the district to maintain 24/7 service. The funding will help cover increasing fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, inspections, training and medical equipment.
