Columbia, Ca -- At 2:54 am this morning, a vehicle struck a power pole on Racetrack Rd., causing a power outage for 3,249 PG&E customers.
PG&E Spokesperson Susan Simon says all but one of the customers was restored by 5:06am. At 9:40am, power was again cut to 600 customers in that area so the company could conduct emergency repairs. Power should be restored to all but one customer by 11:30am. The final customer will likely be without power until two o'clock this afternoon.
