T.U.D. To Host Strategic Plan Meeting

Sonora, CA -- The Tuolumne Utilities District's Board of Directors will hold a special meeting Wednesday, October 31 at 8:30am in the T.U.D. conference room to begin preparation for the district's strategic plan.

The formation of the plan comes after months of input and comments from the community including outreach meetings with the public, other county agencies and the district staff.

Concerns and suggestions expressed in those discussions will be reviewed during the meeting and considered in a strategy designed to lead the district through 2012 and beyond.

According to General Manager Pete Kampa current and future water supplies will be discussed along with the cost of service and efficiency of infastructure replacement.

Kampa adds that the meeting will be open to the general pubic with comment available at the outset and the close of the meeting.
