Giving Thanks For No Mother Lode Holiday Traffic Fatalities

Sonora & San Andreas, CA -- The Highway Patrol offices in Tuolumne County (Jamestown) and Calaveras County (San Andreas) report not a single traffic fatality over the four day Thanksgiving Day weekend.

In addition there was not a single fatality in either Sonora or Angels Camp, the only two incorporated cities in the two counties.

Driving-under-the-influence arrests in Tuolumne County numbered eight while five motorists were cited in Calaveras County. There were no D.U.I. arrests in Sonora or Angels Camp.
