Two Fatally Injured In Hwy 4 Collision Near CopperopolisFriday, November 30, 2007 - 03:45 PM

Copperopolis, Ca -- 65-year-old Richard Perry of Murphys and 60-year-old Michael Tuttle of Tracy died as the result of injuries sustained following a head-on collision on Hwy 4 east of Copperopolis at 9:39am Friday morning.
According to the CHP, Tuttle was traveling around a curve near the Henley Ranch Road intersection and drifted over the double yellow lines.
Perry did not have time to react, and the two collided. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
