Tuolumne County's Most Wanted

Sonora, Ca -- Kelly Stokes, facing felony charges of elder abuse and violation of probation, is this week's “Most Wanted” by the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Department.

Stokes is 5' 09” and weighs an estimated 168 pounds. She is being sought to face the aforementioned charges in court, and has not been convicted of these offenses.
