Valley Springs Man Arrested For DUI After Striking Tree And Power Pole

Valley Springs, Ca -- 20-year-old Lance Utterback of Valley Springs was arrested Monday morning for DUI after driving off Berkesey Lane, striking a tree, power pole and fence.

According to the CHP, Utterback fled the scene of the accident prior to law enforcements arrival. He was located three hours later and arrested.
