Calaveras And Amador Power Scheduled To Return At 2:30.

San Francisco, CA -- P.G.& E.'s David Eisenhauer reports that power to all 35,000 customers in Calaveras and Amador counties should be restored by 2:30 this afternoon.

Crews determined the origin of the problem was at the Valley Springs substation and not the Clay substation in western Amador County as originally reported. Power was initially lost shortly after noon.

Only 4,300 customers were without power by 2pm.
