Tioga Pass Opens Early

Yosemite National Park, CA -- Tioga Pass was scheduled to open for the summer months this morning at eight o'clock.

Instead Park crews swung open gates for the highest of the Sierra Nevada passes (9,945 feet) at approximately seven o'clock Tuesday evening to all vehicular traffic.
