Neighborhoods Asked To Halt Use Of Irrigation Water Today

Sonora, CA -- Due to the water main break that closed Belleview Elementary School today, Tuolumne Utilities District is asking all customers in the Willow Springs, Ranchos Poquitos, Sonora Meadows and Ridgewood areas to turn off their irrigation water.

Use of the irrigation water could easily drain the supply given the water main break.

The Upper Crystal Falls area has been advised that there will be no water service until noon today due to the break.
