Half-Acre Fire Quickly Extinguished On Forest Service Land

MiWuk, CA -- According to CAL Fire Battalion Chief Barry Rudolph it was only a half-acre pile burning at the end of Muhali Rd. on Forest Service land that caused the smoke that alarmed some residents within the hour.

The fire was quickly extinguished. Mopup activities are under the control of the Forest Service.
