The County should have a new appraisal report done on the property, the taxpayers should not pay over $80,000 per acre for this. They own property in Jamestown, they should use it or sell it before they buy more.

metalbill- if you paid attention to anything the board has said over the past 2 years you would know the property in Jamestown is unsafe. This is a great step forward, and I don't think that the 20 years it's taken so far to even purchase land is "moving fast."
