West Point, CA — The Highway Patrol is reporting a non injury collision on Highway 26 near West Point.
Reports indicate a horse trailer is blocking the roadway. CHP officials say the trailer came unhooked from the vehicle while it was in motion.
Motorists are advised to use caution in the area.
