Placer County, CA — The Ralston wildfire near Foresthill is approaching containment after charring more than 83-hundred acres over the past eleven days.
Nearly 15-hundred firefighters have been battling the blaze. C.D.F. officials report the fire is now 77 percent contained.
Cooling temperatures have helped in the effort to control the flames.
