Sonora, CA — This note from the Tuolumne Utilities District, the Columbia and Matelot Ditch that provides the water supply for the Columbia and Gibbs area will be shut down this coming Monday through Thursday.
Depending on current water usage and weather conditions, the treated water customers in the service area could run out of water by Tuesday if conservation efforts are not observed.
T.U.D. customers in the Columbia and Gibbs area are encouraged to limit household water usage and discontinue all outside water use from Sunday through Thursday.
