San Andreas, CA — Monday the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will take another look at density issues relative to Lake Tulloch at the request of Supervisor Victoria Erickson.
Last week the board voted 3-2 to interpret current policy to say that land owned beneath the water could count towards the allowable density on a parcel.
Erickson, who voted for the interpretation, wants that policy changed. A general plan change is being proposed that would prohibit transferring density from below the normal maximum water level.
The board meets at 9 a.m. at the county Government Center in San Andreas. The Lake Tulloch item will be considered at 1:30 p.m. at the Metropolitan in San Andreas.
