San Andreas, CA — The trial of Anthony Mann, accused of manslaughter, is ready to take place on December 14.
The trial had been delayed from earlier this year.
Mann, who is from Arnold, will stand trial on two counts of vehicular manslaughter stemming from an accident in May 2004.
Court documents say Mann, who was 17 at the time, was driving drunk when his car left Blagen Road, hit a tree and overturned in a ditch. His brother Ernest and Steven Ferrari were in the car and perished.
Judge William Lamb will hear the 10-day jury trial at 8:30 a.m. in Department 6 of Calaveras County Superior Court.
Mann remains in custody on $335,000 bail.
