Original post at 12:57 a.m.: Tuolumne County, CA – A traffic alert: the CHP is reporting that a big rig is blocking a busy Tuolumne County roadway.
The CHP reports the big rig is blocking the southbound lane of J-59 at the Highway 108/120 intersection. Officers are directing traffic, which is getting backed up. Motorists may want to avoid the area and take an alternative route to their destinations, as there is plenty of first responder activity in the area.
We’ll have an update as soon as additional information comes into the newsroom.
