Lights flickered and dimmed in portions of the Mother Lode last night.
Some neighborhoods in Jamestown, Campo Seco, Chinese Camp and Big Oak Flat lost electricity at about 5:30. Wet and windy weather combined with trees near power lines is believed to be the culprit. A P.G&E. spokesperson says power was restored by 9:30 p.m.
