Secretary of State Kevin Shelley has a reprieve. His testimony before a legislative committee scheduled for today has been pushed back to February 22nd.
Legislative leaders say independent counsels appointed by both parties need more time to study the case. But there is renewed speculation that Shelley may resign before the new hearing date.
