CHP advises motorists to exercise caution on a stretch of Highway 49 just north of the Mariposa and Tuolumne County line.
Tom Wills with the CHP says officers are on the scene of a solo motorcycle accident with injuries that is partially blocking the roadway.
Wills says to slow down in that area and watch for emergency equipment on the scene.
Numerous agencies are responding including CHP and CDF.
