San Andreas, CA — An 82-home subdivision slated for construction southeast of Valley Springs has been given the go-ahead by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors.
Developers say Gold Creek Estates will have six recreational lots and home lots ranging in size from an eighth of an acre and larger.
County staff says the development meets all the legal requirements for approval and the developer says the project would benefit Valley Springs.
