Twain Harte, CA — The Twain Harte Golf Club is giving golfers and non-golfers the chance to make a contribution to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
Organizers say all of the proceeds from this Wednesday´s nine hole scramble will go to the Salvation Army in Jackson, Mississippi.
Live entertainment will be included along with donated snacks from area restaurants.
A $20 donation will be accepted for the golf scramble. A suggested donation of $10 will be collected for the food and entertainment. Tickets will be available at the gate.
