San Andreas, CA — Calaveras County is hosting a public hearing November 14th on creating an underground utility district in San Andreas.
The Board of Supervisors declared its intention to form the district and set up the hearing Monday.
The district´s purpose would be to move PG&E and other utilities underground.
Calaveras officials say it will take $4 million and four years to complete the work.
