San Andreas, CA — Fire officials are asking for the public´s assistance in determining who is responsible for a suspected arson fire last week.
Authorities responded to the Moccasin Point Marina at about noon Thursday to investigate a 32-foot pontoon boat that had sustained about $1000 in damage.
Investigators believe the boat belong to Michael Phelps of Hayward had been ignited sometime the night before.
One engine responded to the scene. There were no injuries reported.
