Sonora, CA — The California Highway Patrol says the Stockton Road Off ramp is closed due to a vehicle on its top blocking the roadway.
Officials say all eastbound traffic on Stockton road is at a standstill. Highway 108 is also congested as emergency vehicles attempt to maneuver to the scene.
