Cable giant Comcast is reportedly working on a new TV channel aimed exclusively at toddlers. The Wall Street Journal says the 24-hour-a-day service would be commercial-free and would unite the likes of “Sesame Street,” “Bob the Builder,” and “Thomas the Tank Engine.”
