Sonora, CA — This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature a panel of four graduating high school seniors sharing opinions about issues and challenges facing the younger generation.
Each year around graduation time, we take a one-week break from talking about city, county, and state issues, to focus on what is on the minds of future leaders.
From Sonora High School will be Eli Ingalls and Isadora Lopez, and from Summerville High School will be Owen Herrera and Cora Lee Oliva.
They will be asked questions about things like jobs, social media, what the county is lacking, vaping, bullying, advice for incoming freshmen, and other relevant topics.
The four guests selected to share opinions about student life are among the leaders in their graduating class and were recommended when we reached out to the school administrators.
Mother Lode Views airs Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30 on AM 1450 and FM 102.7 KVML. Mother Lode Views can also be heard Sunday morning at 10 o’clock on 93.5 KKBN and at 9 a.m. on STAR 92.7.
