A Mountain Ranch man is under arrest, after being caught inside his residence with an 11-year-old girl.
56-year-old Charles Lamon Nichols was seen by a witness to be nude while in the presence of the young girl, who did not live with Nichols.
Officials say Nichols is registered as a serious sex offender with the State of California.
Deputies from the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department obtained an arrest warrant, and took Nichols into custody.
He´s charged with lewd and lacivious acts with a minor under 14, and is being held on 75-thousand dollars bail.
