Rivera Reward Upped to $100,000

Governor Arnold Schwarznegger has increased the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Tao Rivera.

He´s the 21-year-old man suspected in the killing of Merced police officer Stephan Gray on April 15th.

Now, the reward in the case is up to 100-thousand dollars, the maximum reward allowed by law for the killing of a peace officer.

Gray was the first Merced police officer to be killed on duty in the department´s 115 years.
